Shipping:

We ship most of our items via USPS Priority mail 2-3 day service.   We do also ship certain items via FedEx or UPS ground.  If you have a special preference or need the item expressed please let us know before making a purchase and we will be glad to send you more options and fees.  Buyer can also have a package shipped using their shippers account number. If purchasing from out of the United States please e-mail us for a shipping quote.

Return Policy:

Most of our used electronic equipment come with a 7 day money back return policy. Returns must be pre-approved with a RMA number.  To obtain an RMA number please call us at 714-662-7433 please e-mail us at sales@surplusradios.com.  Please be ready to provide us with your invoice number, customer name and date of purchase.  Buyer will be responsible for all shipping associate fees and a 20% restocking fee may apply for new items.  All returns on defective or items that were not described correctly will be processed without any restocking fees.

We accept the following methods of payment: Paypal, Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal/Business Checks, and all major credit cards accepted.
