USED INVENTORY ITEMS:
Most of the used two-way radios and accessories we list come to us from surplus auctions, trade-ins, or consignment. We usually don’t have a lot of history on the used equipment we sell. Most items get checked for power up, transmit, and receive. Please refer to the "TEST" section of this listing for the actual testing that has been performed on this item.
BATTERIES (USED):
We DO NOT test used batteries in any way. We sell over 100 used radios a week and cannot test each battery. When testing the radios, we use brand new batteries. Used batteries are sold “AS IS” and all buyers should consider them dead. Please remember that batteries have a shelf life and most of our used radios have spent months in a warehouse before they are listed for sale.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept checks, PayPal and all major credit cards. Payment must be received within 7 days of closing, or buyer forfeits all rights to purchase. If you don't have a PayPal account and wish to pay directly by credit card, please call us at (714) 662-7433 and mention you wish to pay for an eBay item.
RETURN POLICY:
We offer a 7 day return policy on most of the items we carry. Please refer to the return section of this listing for details and eligibility. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a product exchange of equal value or full refund minus shipping fees. Please contact us via e-mail or call us at (714) 662-7433 for a RMA number and instructions before returning any items for any reason.
SHIPPING:
Most of our items are in stock and ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-5 business days). We try to ship orders on the same day they come in. In the unlikely event the item is on backorder from the manufacturer, we will immediately notify you after the transaction and give you an exact idea of when the item will be delivered to you. If the item is large, it may be shipped via UPS Ground (6-9 business days). Shipping fees are at a standard flat rate. If you need the item immediately, please e-mail us to request special shipping. Please review our feedback regarding shipping. We are very proud of the fact that we get 99% of the orders to the customers within 3 days. Shipping fees are not refundable and will only be given on a case-by-case basis.
