Most of our items are in stock and ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-5 business days). We try to ship orders on the same day they come in. In the unlikely event the item is on backorder from the manufacturer we will immediately notify you after the transaction and give you an exact idea when you would have the item delivered to you. If the item is large, it may be shipped via UPS Ground (6-9 business days). Please review our feedback regarding shipping. We are very proud of the fact that we get 99% of the orders to the customers within 3-days. Shipping fees are at a standard flat rate. If you need the item immediately, please e-mail us to request special shipping. Shipping fees are not refundable and will only be given on a case by case basis.
