If the item is large, it may be shipped via UPS Ground (6-9 business days). Please review our feedback regarding shipping. We are very proud of the fact that we get 99% of the orders to the customers within 3-days. Shipping fees are at a standard flat rate. If you need the item immediately, please e-mail us to request special shipping. Shipping fees are not refundable and will only be given on a case by case basis.
