BATTERY
We DO NOT test batteries in our used radios. It is our recommendation that all batteries in used radios be replaced for optimal performance.
Programming is available for small fee
We sell tons of Two Way Radios and accessories so if you need anything else please ask and we will gladly add it to your order with no extra shipping fees. (Note: This does not include heavy or large items).
Electronic Sales:
Most of the radios we sell come from surplus auctions, trade-ins, or consignment. We usually don’t have that much history on the radios. Items get briefly tested to power on, transmit, and receive.
Batteries:
The radios are always tested with new batteries to check for function. Used batteries are sold “AS IS” and are not tested.
Payment:
All items are to be paid for in full no more than 5 days after the sale ends. Buyer must make contact if the item has not been paid for within 48 hours. We accept the following methods of payment: Paypal, Cashiers Check, Personal/Business Checks, and Bank Transfers.
Return Policy:
Most of the electronic items we sell are listed and sold “AS IS” with no returns or exchanges unless otherwise stated. Please read the return section at the bottom of the listing to find out if the item you’re bidding on is eligible.
Shipping:
Most of the items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-5 business days). If the item is large, it may be shipped via UPS Ground (6-9 business days). Shipping fees are at a standard flat rate. If you need the item immediately, please e-mail us to request special shipping. Shipping fees are not refundable and will only be given on a case by case basis.

Please ask any questions you have before bidding and at least 12 hours prior to the end of the auction. Our goal is to make sure all customers are satisfied with the transaction. Any reasonable requests will be granted.
